Kaizen Plunger Lineup

During the production cycle, the plunger sits at the bottom of the well, allowing reservoir gas pressure to build up behind it. Once sufficient pressure is reached, the surface control valve opens, and the gas propels the plunger and the liquid column above it to the surface. After the plunger reaches the top, the liquid is discharged, the control valve closes, and the plunger falls back to the bottom of the well for the next cycle. This method is cost-effective and ideal for wells with declining pressure, as it helps maintain production without the need for external energy sources.

Conventional

Requires the well to be shut in and will not fall against any flow.

Ported

Requires the well to be shut in and falls 20-30% faster in a closed condition than conventional.
Learn More

Equalizer

Features a large valve bypass and falls against flow rates up to 40% of wellhead critical rate.
Learn More

Pro-cycle

Falls against flow and can auto cycle if rates are below the wellhead critical rate. Used for fast cycle systems with minimal closed time required.

Two Piece Ball and Sleeve

Falls against flow greater than 100% wellhead critical rate. Designed for minimal close and to fall to the BH spring while the well is flowing.
